At the Bethesda end of the Purple Line, the Capital Crescent Trail could be 'stacked' above the Purple Line rail bed along the stretch that currently runs below the Apex and Air Rights Building. Possible projected cost: $53.19 million dollars.

The Montgomery County Planning Board will take up the matter on November 17th. The Montgomery County Council's T&E Committee will hold a worksession on December 5th.
